Description

Allaire describes how the plaque honoring the first 49 donors to the University's foundation fund was dedicated on December 17, 1972, but later misplaced during a renovation of the building. Recently rediscovered in an electrical closet, the plaque has been reinstalled on the building. President Delaney outlines the changes to UNF since 1972. Dr. Carpenter addresses his years as the founding president of the University. Lovett, honors the culture of philanthropy that these early donors represent. Includes footage of the unveiling of the plaque, close ups of photographs from the original dedication ceremony and footage of the attendees following the ceremony.
