Pelham City Hall, GA. Pelham is a city in Mitchell County, Georgia, in the United States. It was named for American Civil War officer John Pelham. The building was built in 1916 by J. L. Hand the father of Virginia Hand Callaway of Callaway Gardens fame. This beautiful building has been well maintained and is currently being restored. The city council meets here. It also houses all city offices.
