Abstract
This report was prepared for the purpose of determining the feasibility of the DPM for the Jacksonville CBD. The gathering of data, the preparation of information, the research, the citizens' participation, the alternatives analysis, and the detailed planning were all done for the purpose of answering one basic question: Is a downtown people mover feasible for Jacksonville?
