Description

Jack Kleinsinger Presents Jazz at the Theatre de Lys. The series is also known as Jack Kleinsinger presents Highlights in Jazz. The concert was held Monday, March 5th, 1973 at 8:00pm. Jack served as producer and master of ceremonies for the monthly series of concerts and called the series "The Return of the Jam Session”. Artists for the Tribute to Fats Waller concert include Dick Hyman, Milt Hinton, Cliff Leeman, Al Casey, Phil Bodner, Pee Wee Erwin and Dicky Wells. Special guests: Jimmy Owens, Cecil Payne, Artie Miller, Maurice Walker.
