Abstract

Partial program of testimonial honoring Mary McLeod Bethune at Florida A & M University, March 1-2, 1945. Mary McLeod Bethune founded the National Council of Negro Women. 1935, founded Bethune Cookman College in 1923 and was the first African American woman to head a federal agency.
