On the back is a note written to Mr. Harry D. Shillits that reads

Well I am at home once more and I am so glad to be here but I will be so glad to get home in N. J. I am better but not well but I do hop I will be some time. I’ve hope to come some time in May. The dr at the De Sato San said. He thought I could go in. (Illegible) How are you all come as soon as (illegible) get home soon to (illegible) will tell you all (illegible) I see you.
