Description
The video shares the results of a BCBSF audit of the pay grades 8-14. The goal was to ensure that occupation evaluations were accurate and conducted consistently, according to external standards, and to evaluate the responsibilities and authority of a job. The video summarizes the procedure that an internal committee, Committee II, followed when evaluating jobs. The committee made few changes, but some jobs had their pay grades changed. Job titles were also simplified.
