The Plaza Building is located in St. Augustine, Florida. It was built in 1888 as the Surprise Store. By 1936, it was known as the Plaza Hotel and from 1949-1986 it housed Potter's Wax Museum. This is a contributing building on the National Register of Historic Places (NRIS #70000847) and a part of the St. Augustine Town Plan Historic District.
