Abstract

An undated letter from Wesley Bouslog to his girlfriend Opal Valentine Baker, Sulphur Springs, Henry County, Indiana describing his day to day activities and feelings, stamped by the post office on January 3, 1918. This is the first letter with his full mailing address: Receiving Co. 24 Barracks B. 27, Camp Joseph E. Johnston, Jacksonville, Florida. Written on YMCA letterhead, “WITH THE COLORS”, envelope has the same logo and wording.
