Pablo Beach, showing thousands of automobiles and visitors, 18 miles from Jacksonville, one of the world’s finest beaches, presents a drive 40 miles along beaches 400 ft. wide at low tide, upon what cannot be excelled as motor highway. Thousands of visitors annually attracted by charm of surf bathing, and during the summer season Pablo Beach as well as Neptune and Atlantic Beaches which adjoin, are literally covered by thousands enjoying the wonders which abound.

In addition, there is a small note written to Mrs. C. H. Erickson that reads:
