A Brochure for The Monson, in Saint Augustine Florida, it has images of the hotel and the St. Augustine area. Amenities listed by the pamphlet include an American Plan hotel with fireproof construction, a clean well ventilated dining room with first class service and a lobby for social gatherings. Fishing, bathing, boating, swimming, golfing and motoring are listed as entertainments available in the area. A short history of St. Augustine is included on the back page that mentions the San Marco Castle, Fort Marion and St. George Street. The brochure was printed by Benson Printing Co., Nashville.
