Artist Biographical Information
Adeline Aimee Rapin was born without arms and painted approximately 4,000 paintings with her foot, mainly portraits and still lifes. She was a pupil of Meyenburg and obtained two first prizes at the Geneva School of Fine Arts. She exhibited her works at the salons in Paris, Munich, Berlin, Rome, and Montreal.
