Abstract

New clipping about the Presentation of gavels to Mrs. W.S. Jennings during a session of the annual convention of the Florida Federation of Women’s Clubs. Mrs. Jennings served as President of the State Federation of Colored Women's Clubs, and as President of the Jacksonville Club. Clipping also includes a program of sessions.
