Multiple Grammy Award winning drummer Harold Jones is one of the greatest drummers in Jazz History. He has performed and recorded with Herbie Hancock, Ella Fitzgerald, Tony Bennett, Lady Gaga, Sarah Vaughan, Count Basie, Natalie Cole and many more. This volume work is akin depth study of Harold's drumming with the Count Basie Orchestra, of which he was a member from 1968 through 1972.

Professional musician for 45 years; has performed on more than 400 cds; 13 Grammy Nominations; 4 Grammy Winning recordings; Full time at UNF for 14 years; Drummer with Gary Sinise and Lt Dan Band since 2004; Has performed at Carnegie Hall, Kennedy Center,Lincoln Center, Royal Festival Hall, and all major jazz venues throughout North America, Europe and Japan. More than 150 performance trips to Europe, 23 performance trips to Japan.
