Portrait painting of W. E. Arnold, who served as Blue Cross of Florida’s first president, from 1944 to 1950. He also served as honorary chairman of the Blue Cross Board 1950-1965, and was the administrator of St. Luke’s Hospital from 1941 to 1964. Date: unknown
