On the back is a note written to Mr. Henry Sharp that reads:
Jacksonville, Florida-16
Dear friends, we are having a lovely time. Wish you (illegible) had a very nice trip. Took a (illegible) sleeper with observation car from Chicago. There was a reck (sic) a head of us yes==today so we arrive here late this a.m. will leave here in the morning at 4:30 (illegible) of me keeping together so I don’t feel like we are (illegible) world (illegible) We are at the (illegible) Hotel. We slept so warm and comfortable the 2 nights on the train. Everything (illegible) class. I feel so disappointed at not seeing you but hope you will all keep well (illegible) so well done with love E & G D.
