On the back is a small note written to Miss Jennie Stowell in Paris, France in care of Messrs. Seb. Crevelli & Co that reads:

Dear Miss Jennie, Don’t think I could climb that high. I’m at Grandma’s (illegible) to Fernandina and you can see on this card where I jump breakers. Mama is coming in a few days. Much love from aunt (Illegible) Blanche and little Collene M.
