On the front is a note written to Miss Elizabeth Kitchner that reads:
Dear Miss Lizzie, I received your postal and thank you very much for your kind remembrance. Was glad to hear you reached home safe and sorry you had such a hard trip. Hope you are feeling better now. I am spending a week here with Minnie and am enjoying the little rest very much. With love from us both. Yours Lovingly (Illegible)
