Description

Young Alligators. 12 to 15 years old. The Florida Alligator Farm, Jacksonville, Fla. The Largest Alligator Farm in the World. The skins of this size are very valuable for making ladies hand bags, purses, etc., for which there is always a ready sale. 1900-1920

On the back is a note written to Miss Emma Sproat that reads:

Tuesday 3 P.M (illegible)

Just leaving Key West for Havana, all well and happy. Fine weather: hot in sun but nice breeze at night. Have been (illegible) hour and have been (illegible) city in street cars. Frank.
