Description
This video begins with some discussion on Organization Re-design and the company’s progression towards “Implementation” or “Phase 3.” The following scenes are of some leadership members commenting on this progress. Geographic Business Units (GBUs) are discussed as to how they will help implement corporate strategies such as marketing and managed care. Discussion of the new Deerwood Campus facilities as a symbol of high performance that allows quick and easy interdepartmental access and collaboration. Steve Davis gives an overview of where their planes for Deerwood started and where they are now. This video ends with updates on company news including new contracts and the Congestive Heart Failure pilot.
