This video is a video about ethical business conduct, made by BCBSF as part of the “Compass” program. It encourages employees to always behave ethically and follow the law. Actors act out multiple scenarios in which employees must make the choice to behave ethically. The video concludes by explaining the “Compass” program booklet.
