Description
This video reports updates to the virtual office system. BCBSF developed two ways for providers to connect to Virtual Office: Integrated sites and extranet sites. The presenters describe the steps BCBSF has taken to establish Virtual Office and reports the increase in the use of the technology. Providers describe their positive experiences with Virtual Office. The presenter describes jobs that changed because of Virtual Office, such as those at the Help Desk and the Network Control Center. She introduces Provider Readiness Representatives and describes their duties. The presenter then outlines the next five releases of Virtual Office, including the diamond system in the second release. The video concludes by listing the benefits of Virtual Office.
