This video is a series of segments on Channel 4 titled “Your Health Today,” sponsored by BCBSF. The first segment encourages pregnant women to visit the doctor and maintain healthy lifestyles. The second segment encourages the viewer to ensure that they use prescription drugs properly and to question their doctor about new medication. The third segment is a summary of the purpose of the series. Each segment ends with a phone number that the viewer could call to obtain a free health informational booklet.
