This is a recruitment video for service associate positions at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Florida. The video begins with employees that completed their training sharing their experiences. People role play three examples of phone calls and situations that service associates must be able to handle. There are interviews with new employees discussing their experiences, benefits, and promotions. A speaker explains the salary and benefits of the service associate position. The video concludes with the presenter giving the survey again.
