This video discusses changes to BCBSF’s workplace. It shows BCBSF’s prototypes which experiment with changes. BCBSF’s changes focus on customers, the work force, technology, and cost structures. Statements from the vice presidents of private business operations show the necessity of change and BCBSF’s commitment to it. The vice presidents explain BCBSF’s goals to change the company’s focus, structure, and rewards. Members of the groups that create the prototypes discuss their vision for the company. The video concludes by encouraging suggestions.
