Flemington City Hall, in Hinesville, GA. Flemington chartered in 1941. The town is proud to boast all the amenities of coastal living while also offering the benefits of a city. In 1850 it was voted to change the name of the retreat from Gravel Hill to Flemington, in honor of William Flemington. The City Hall was formerly the residence of pastor of Flemington Presbyterian Church. It now houses all city and government offices.
