Abstract

A letter from Wesley Bouslog to his girlfriend Opal Valentine Baker, Sulphur Springs, Henry County, Indiana describing his day to day activities and feelings, posted on January 16, 1918. Back of letter contains full mailing address: Receiving Co. 33 Barracks K. 17, Camp Joseph E. Johnston, Jacksonville, Florida. Written on YMCA letterhead, “WITH THE COLORS”, envelope has the same logo and wording. Contained a “Mothers in Expectation” newspaper clipping.
