Document: Certified paperwork stating the tax collector for St. Jons County sold Lot 23 Block B, Keith Subdivision, City of St. Augustine, to P.W. Brooks. Handwritten on top: Fannie Glover. On back: Tax Sale Certificate No. 1545 certified cancelled because taxes paid June 19, 1929.
