City & purchased by Rosie Holmes Walker, on this date, is food & we further guarantee that a title policy certifying to the effect will be delivered upon application to Mrs. Walker [illegible] some is paid for by her - Loretta Realty & Finance Corp., Joseph Smith, Pres. - Chas. D. Braveman, Secy& Treasurer" Includes second notarized statement: Handwritten on R. G. Holmes Funeral Director letterhead -- " State of Florida, County of Duval - I C.H. Bolden, a Notary Public in and for the State of Florida at large, do here certify that personally appeared Joseph Smith and Chas D. Braveman President, Secty and Treasurer of the Loretta Realty Co of New York City and who acknowledged before me that they executed the within the instrument for the purpose therein expressed. - in [illegible] were of I have hereunto set my hand and official seal at Jacksonville County of Duval and State of Florida this the 3rd day of Nov. A.D. 1925 - C.H. Bolden [illegible stamp] Dec. 2, 1928, also handwritten on statement.
