Abstract
Draft of a letter written by Dr. Edna L. Saffy to the White House Office of Personnel in regards to an appointment to the National Board of the Fund for the Improvement of Post secondary Education in the Department of Education. The letter mentions a recommendation from Dr. Charles Spence, President of Florida Community College at Jacksonville (FCCJ). The letter also mentions Governor Lawton Chiles, Lieutenant Governor Buddy Mackay and President Bill Clinton.
