A brochure for the Hotel Seneca, the hotel was located on Ocean and Duval Streets, only one or two blocks from the principal shopping district, post office, theaters and parks. R.B. Gardner, Manager. The brochure included points of interest for Jacksonville: Hemming Park, Florida Ostrich and Alligator Farm, Jacksonville’s Waterfront including all day trips down the river. Booklets and rates were available on application.
