The brochure contains written direction and a map of Downtown Jacksonville. Amenities mentioned in the brochure include Simmons’ Beauty Rest beds, large homelike rooms with running water in all rooms, ample baths on each floor, reading lamps in every room, furnace heat, air conditioning, private locked garages and free parking.
