Description
Eliza Taylor was born July 10, 1906 in West Helena, Arkansas, near the Mississippi River. At 93, she is the oldest living black graduate of the Arkansas School for the Deaf. This interview, conducted with past president of the Little Rock Black Deaf Advocates, Ella Irby, highlights Mrs. Taylor's life and experiences at the Arkansas School for the Deaf.
