Description: Pilot for the employee-focused video magazine series “Blue on Blue” featuring the 1991 Achievement Awards. The pilot includes segments that will continue in the rest of the series such as “In the News", “Entertainment”, “Important Dates”, “Regional Updates”, “Looking Ahead”, and “A Look Back”. Global, national, and statewide events including the Persian Gulf War and healthcare reform are also addressed.
