This video has two sections. The first part covers why BCBSF’s proposal for CHAMPUS reform should be accepted. It discusses BCBSF’s qualities that qualify it for handling CHAMPUS reform, such as its employees’ personal investment in CHAMPUS, BCBSF’s experience handling Medicare Part B, readiness to handle such a large project, and technologies that BCBSF created which it could apply to CHAMPUS. The second section contains recordings of focus groups which discuss the problems with the current CHAMPUS system.
