The video begins with an acted out scenario where a woman struggles to ensure that her insurance covers her treatment, showing the flaws in customer service in the health insurance industry. Speakers detail how BCBSF will change its business practices from a traditional insurance approach to a modern approach with new technology and a better-trained staff. IPS systems train employees according to their skill level and teach them how to improve their skills.
