Rumple Memorial Presbyterian Church
Description
Rumple Memorial Presbyterian Church is located in Blowing Rock, North Carolina. The stone sanctuary was built between 1905-1912 from stones that were hauled from Flat Top Mountain and other nearby sites. The slate roof and stone buttresses, along with the chestnut ceiling and support beams and other interior appointments, give it an English country church appearance. The church was named after Jethro Rumple.
