The former Effingham County courthouse is located in Springfield, Georgia. It was built in 1908 in the Neoclassical Revival (Palladian adaptation) architectural style and designed by H.W. Witcover. The building currently is being used as offices for the district attorney. This is on the National Register of Historic Places (NRIS #80001016).
