Description
Image focuses on the clock tower at the Jeff Davis County courthouse in Hazelhurst, Georgia. It was built between 1906-1907 in the Neoclassical Revival architectural style and designed by W. Chamberlain & Co. The two-story building was constructed with exterior walls of concrete blocks covered in stucco. In 1994-1995, the building was renovated and a large extension was added to the back of the courthouse. It is on the National Register of Historic Places (NRIS #80001098).
