Description
The Jefferson County courthouse is located in Monticello, Florida. It was built in 1909 in the Classical Revival architectural style and designed by Edward Columbus Hosford. The building, which replaced the 1841 two story frame courthouse, is made out of poured concrete slabs. This is a contributing building on the National Register of Historic Places (NRIS #77000405).
