The Ware County courthouse is located in Waycross, Georgia. It was built in 1957 in a Modern with elements of Stripped Classical architectural style and designed by William J.J. Chase & Associates. Built of Georgia marble, this is the fifth courthouse for the county. Previous courthouses were built in 1825, 1873 (2 in same year), and 1891.
