Greenleaf and Crosby Clock, Jacksonville, Fl.
The historic Greenleaf/Jacobs clock is located in the heart of downtown Jacksonville, Florida, USA. This was manufactured in 1901, by Seth Thomas Clock Company, and originally estimated to cost $1200, was said " to be the handsomest of its kind in the South." It stands fifteen feet tall .This clock remained in front of the Bay Street Store till 1927, when it was moved to this site and installed in front of Greenleaf & Crosby Building. Jacobs Jewelers commissioned restoration artist Thomas A. White to restore it to its former elegance.
