The W.A. Knight Building is located at 113 West Adams Street in downtown Jacksonville, Florida. Also known as the Peninsular Building or Greenleaf & Crosby Annex , it is a historic site in Jacksonville, Florida. On March 15, 2005, it was added to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places NRIS #05000139.
Built in 1923, and renovated in 2001, the W.A. Knight building features 12 charming soft loft units available for lease. This very interesting, historical building retains the original brick, windows, metal work, as well as the original door and window openings from the commercial offices of the 1920's in the loft apartment hallways. The W.A. Knight Building was the first historic reuse for residential purposes in Downtown Jacksonville.
