Blake Memorial Baptist Church was built in 1894 as a memorial to E. Nelson Blake, Jr. The church was originally named First Baptist Church of Winnemissett and was also known as Euclid Avenue Baptist Church of Lake Helen. It is on the National Register of Historic Places (NRIS #93000981).
