Description
The St. Johns River Lighthouse is located on the grounds of Naval Station Mayport near the mouth of the St. Johns River in Florida. It was built in 1859 and decommissioned in 1930. This brick tower is the oldest surviving building on the Mayport station. This is on the National Register of Historic Places.
