The O'Quinn Building was built in 1924. Now it is the Strand Cinema-Twin, in Jesup, Wayne County, Ga. The theater was twinned in 1988 and renamed Strand Cinema -Twin. It is located in the heart of the downtown business district. The theater closed in 2009 and is up for sale.
