Description
United States Post Office and former courthouse located in Dallas, Texas. It is at 400 North Ervay. The building was constructed between 1929-1930 in the Renaissance Revival architectural style. The courthouse occupied the upper levels of the building until 1971. In 2011, the upper levels were converted to residences with the post office remaining on the ground floor. This is a contributing building on the National Register of Historic Places (NRIS #04000894) and a part of the Dallas Downtown Historic District.
