City Hall Swainsboro, GA. Originally built in 1908, the building housed Citizen’s Bank and the law offices of Spivey, Carlton, and Edenfield until the City bought the building and converted it into City Hall. City Hall is located on the corner of West Main and North Main in the heart of downtown Swainsboro.
