This two-story brick building, built in 1920, served as the main movie theater in Gainesville for nearly forty years and has since been converted for use as a music and concert hall. Its Colonial Revival details include turned balusters, sunburst panels in arched windows and unfluted Corinthian columns as well as stone and brick quoining.
