The focal point of the Montverde Academy campus is the Carl Duncan Bell Tower named after Carl Duncan of Tavares, Florida who served on the Board of Directors and the Board of Trustees for 42 years. The Tower is six stories high and can be seen for miles from neighboring hills. The bell dates back over 100 years in Florida history. It was used in a Central Florida church before the school acquired this treasure. The bell is still used on special occasions. This bell tower was dedicated in memory of Carl L. Duncan.
